Refractive Errors in the cornea.

As university students we notice that we are spending more and more time in front of radiation emitting LCD monitors.

Hours upon hours of staring at flashing pixels has caused my chornea to change in shape making it hard for me to focus on farther things, and having them feel tired all the time.

While glasses do provide a temporary solution new development in the field of laser vision correction has boomed.

So when I say laser vision correction my parent's response would be

So, how does laser eye surgery work? Are there proven results? How effective are they?

Are there long term issues?
